I’m feeling blah after returning to the reg routine of meat eating. I’m returning to Raw ASAP.
I’m a raw foodist.
It’s awesome, I’m a little stricter then them as I only eat green smoothies and coconut water but it’s all good!
Great video
thanks for sharing with us! <3
Thanks for not being dgmatic as some raw foodist; It is very refreshing.
Nathalie, I have enjoyed your energy and presentation since I first found you several months ago. I think it is interesting that I missed this video and found it just as I needed to hear what you have to say. Thanks for your support. I wish you much luck in your endeavors.
I watch some of these “gurus” and notice that some ask their friends or family OR random people if they are raw and the people usually answer no or maybe not 100 per cent and sound almost guilty for not answering their question correctly. Like “I am 100 per cent” it irritates me. People shouldn’t feel guilty and the gurus don’t need to ask people how raw they are. It’s personal choice. I am sure they know the answer before they ask!
It comes off so pretentious!
Wow thanks for your kind words. I should mention that I used to be a total extremist at the start of my journey, but things change and I’m happy not to be so narrowly focused anymore.
When I visit most channels/speakers on certain issues, whether its religion, fitness, politics, diet or civil movement, extremists tend to be the best hypocrites of whatEVER fabricated/exaggerated battle they claim.
(You know the drill– bashing everyone who isn’t a puppet of themselves).
This is the one of the rare, most balanced, intelligent and fair addresses I have seen regarding these particular stances (regarding nutrition).
That ALONE makes you more credible than most
Thanks for sharing! I live a very physically demanding rural lifestyle and have been feeling like a failure lately for not being able to eat 100% raw vegan. I have access to raw milk and homegrown eggs, so they are definitely going to remain a part of my raw, organic diet.
