Why is there so much emphasis on digestion. The raw world is full of pussies. I could digest cement without stomach trouble.

It violates raw food principles for women to wear inorganic brassieres.

@blythemetz Is your colon totally clean? Gastrointestinal tracts aside, why does your voice sound like you were drinking a couple of bottles of organic wine prior to making this video?

True raw food good for you but what about stomach acids that are very intense and breakdown breads for us? I wouldn’t put out it ‘turns to paste’ in our digestive system.

I love your robe, it looks beautiful on you! Where did you get it from?

Kannon12 January 11, 2012 at 11:51 am

@karenbcz22 A pepper mill and a salt mill. These are from Peugeot. You might also buy mills without a motor.

Wish I had an oven. Ya can’t exactly bake bread in a microwave lol.

I have a clean colon!!

@UnnamedAssaliant Great question, I just made a bread from onion, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, olive oil and salt. In the food processor, mix 2 large onions, 1 cup soaked sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 2 table spoons olive oil, and a pinch sea salt. Then spread on a dehydrator tray with the teflex sheet, dehydrate for 4-6 hours on one side, flip and 4-6 hours on the other side. It may sound complicated, but it really only takes 5 min. It is DELICIOUS! And nutritious!

blythemetz January 11, 2012 at 1:13 pm

@UnnamedAssaliant I don’t think anything will rise in the dehydrator, it’s best for raw/living foods.

@jesseybell1012 Awesome!! You’re so welcome!

@totallyrawsometvshow Hi, if the flour is made just from dried coconuts, than there is no gluten in it. It’s the gluten that clogs up the colon, and gluten comes from wheat. (also barley). I like to substitute flax meal for flour in any baking recipe.

totallyrawsometvshow January 11, 2012 at 2:14 pm

Fab show, just a question, how about coconut flour? Does that go into a paste in the colon too?
Thanks :)

What the heck were those buzzer cylinders. One had salt in it.

jesseybell1012 January 11, 2012 at 2:55 pm

Thank you for this, it was so good. I loved love loved the cookies. Thank You!

UnnamedAssaliant January 11, 2012 at 3:04 pm

QUESTION

What if you wanted to make cookies or bread that RISES…can you put baking soda or yeast in your mixture and will it rise over time as it dehydrates?

No1BLFan January 11, 2012 at 3:22 pm

p.s. I went to your website looking for the recipe and didn’t see it. Please respond asap! Thanks so much!
