i respect you for blieving so long and so consistently on your beleifs but all u eat is simple carbs and vitamins… u just jump your insulin take in vitamins and havent protein for blood tisues muscle skin and organs regeneration look at urself your physique looks dry but ur muscularity is flat and just not alive a good steak would do you so much good lol… no wonder why you need 30 days for 1 ejaculation your body cant produce enof testosterone from the fruits u got missing nutriments

@liferegenerator Dan do you only eat fruits,vegetables,nuts and seed? What about legumes and whole grain like brown rice?

Because I find it hard to get the daily calorie intake just off those since fruits and vegetables have such low calories and need a ton of volume to even get 2000 calories , also how many do calories do you consume a day?

Instead throwing the oranges away after juicing, zest the skin for additional flavor and eat the meat because it has a lot of fiber.
