@Manjulaskitchen should i also add water if the food is sticking to the bottom of the pan, whilst i am cooking it?

By the way, if I wanted to make the gravy version (I really prefer it :) ) when should I add water?

Thanks for taking the time to post the tuts!

It’s a treat to learn from you! Simple and straight forward instructions without any complications. That is why I prefer your recipes over VahChef’s!

This looks so delicious..

peterkleinlich October 22, 2011 at 4:04 pm

@MsJwalsh123 you will be probably more successful finding hing if you asked for the non-indian name: Asafoetida

If I’m not mistaken, you can use onion and garlic instead of hing (Manjula, please don’t slap me :D )

There are cheese alternatives you can uses including soy and rice cheese. They’re really good; in my opinion even better than regular cheese. I’ve been “pescatarian” for 5 years but I don’t eat anything with dairy. Good luck with your new diet :]

no, the pescis just cry when the see roast chicken.

the Vegans are the freaks with the “I wont eat meat so i’ll make sure no-one else will either” problem.

J4KEH4M October 23, 2011 at 12:40 am

gossipgirl72895 October 23, 2011 at 1:37 am

CHOCOFLOSS2612 October 23, 2011 at 2:50 am

I HAVEE THAT SHIRTTT! but mine’s too small so it doesnt exactly like hang off my shoulder.. haha

J4KEH4M October 23, 2011 at 2:53 am

they are calld fools, people who eat no meat are called weirdo’s, people who refuse to eat anything from an animal & refuse to let anyone else are called freaks!

I’m a class 5 vegan: can’t eat anything that casts a shadow.
